Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing content and connecting with our audience through various social channels, and maintaining a consistent company voice through all contact points.  As a member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the rest of the department to refine and execute the social media strategy, including crafting copy, creating visual content, managing delivery, and interacting with customers/fans through various platforms.  We’ll need you to set big goals, take risks, and test out-of-the-box strategies to drive consistent improvement in the performance of our social media channels.  Your performance will be measured in terms of audience growth, engagement, creativity, and resourcefulness.

Education and Experience:

  • One or more years managing social media campaigns

  • Experience with email marketing and blogging

  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo editing software

  • One or more years working on established social media accounts

  • One or more years working in advertising or digital marketing agency

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Location & Team

  • Remote, Work-from-home (Must be located in CA, WA, or TX)

  • Communicate with distance-team members team via Slack

Compensation:

  • $35,000 - $45,000 per year full-time salary, depending on experience
